Twelve Tone may save your matrix settings in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there next time you visit. That information stays on your device unless you clear it.

ChromeGuard does not collect browsing history or send user data to us in ordinary use. If you click "Report false positive" or report a site that should be blocked, we record the reported URL, the date and time, and, when the report includes them, the reason and ChromeGuard version. We do not ask for your name or email as part of that report. Our web host may still log a standard request (such as IP address) when the report is submitted.

PetraGuard Library, when hosted for a school or church, stores the information needed to run that library. That can include staff and student names, login identifiers, Google sign-in email addresses where that option is used, checkout records, due dates, fines, and comments or notes. That data is used to operate the library for that school or church, not for advertising.

We may use the information we collect from you when you contact us, submit a ChromeGuard report, or use a hosted library site in the following ways:

      • To respond to your customer service or contact-form requests.

      • To review ChromeGuard false-positive and missed-site reports.

      • To operate a hosted library for the school or church that uses it.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
